SCARSDALE FROM SCRATCH

My clients downsized to a beautifully situated condo which needed an interior overhaul. They love color and wanted a clean-lined, lively space. Modern and Mid-century pieces were mixed with reinvented accessories from their prior residence.

The floors were changed from Colonial cherry to dark grey. Walls painted an ever so faint silver. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed, thus creating an open concept entertaining area. A silver zebra wallpaper was installed as an accent wall in the glamourous dining space.

New pale grey cabinets and a shimmering backsplash gave the functional kitchen a bit of dazzle. The two seating areas in the main room allow for comfortable TV watching and the swivel chairs by the fireplace encourage cozy nights by the fire.

A very special project for very special clients.
